• To operate the Platform, calculate Trust Scores, and display reviews and reports.
• To verify businesses and prevent fraud, abuse, and manipulation.
• To secure your account, including two-factor authentication.
• To communicate with you about your account, reports, and important updates.
• To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

4. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent, the performance of our service to you, our legitimate interest in preventing fraud, and compliance with legal obligations under Nigerian law.

When you choose to report anonymously, your name is not shown publicly. We may still retain identifying information internally for moderation, appeals, and legal compliance.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Moderated reports may be retained for audit and legal purposes.
